Accounting Setup:  We will setup the accounting software of your choice and create your chart of accounts (asset, liability, income and expense categories), and we will leave you with a list of definitions.  This will ensure proper maintenance of your business finances.

Financial Analysis:  If you are applying for a loan, expanding your operations, or need to reduce costs, you will need a solid understanding of your company’s financials. This can be an overwhelming task for some. We can walk you through your P&L (profit and loss statement) and General Ledger (list of transactions), so you have a solid understanding of where your money is and how you can adjust to accomplish your goals.

Budgeting:  Are you planning to hire an employee or purchase a large piece of equipment?  Do you know if your financial position can handle these large expenses?  Have you taken into account the initial and long-term costs involved?  The ROI (return on investment)?
